Food is amazing! Sidebar: If you’ve been to K-BBQ/Hotpot spots you know that sometimes you can leave smelling like the grill. This place is so well ventilated that it’s not an issue at all. Love the fact that a robot brings the food to you as well, super innovative and efficient! More

Really nice place with great prices and service. It's got a really comfortable ambiance. Austin was our waiter and he was great! Super helpful. I love that you can do the hotpot and the BBQ, PLUS the buffet. The mango sticky rice dessert is soooo good and both the original hotpot soup and the tom yum are incredible. Great selection.

It’s our first time in this hotpot grill restaurant and it left a good impression on us!
My boyfriend and I gave this a shot to try and we fell in love with their variety of food and good ambiance.
My boyfriend definitely loves the meats and thought that marinated Short ribs is amazing!
We were Satisfied and very full!
Amy our server she’s the best! Her service and recommendations are the ones we tried and yes, everything there is delicious! From the big Crawfish to Roti and curry, Snow crab legs, Grilled Meat, squid tentacles, brisket, ribeye, beef tongue, hot pot. Chicken wings are crispy!
Mango sticky rice is not too sweet, perfect for people who aren’t much of a sweet tooth.
Rabbit coconut Gelatin dessert is so cute! Like I don’t wanna eat it and want to take it home as a souvenir.
Shrimp tempura is also a must try!
Overall, we give 5/5 to this place, service and their food.

This place might be the best Korean bbq around the area!
5 stars for 5 reasons
1. The quality of meats they have exceeds our expectations and more! The brisket is tender, juicy and absolutely tasty. The steak were also pretty good as well.
2. The wide selection that they have is ridiculous for what you’re paying! All types of meat you could possibly want, crab legs, wings, fries, fried rice and a lot more! Drinks were included! Thai ice tea was perfect!
3. Everything they had was so fresh and crispy! Quality is top notch!
4. Price is high but totally worth it for everything that is included such as desserts, appetizers, meats, hot pot, seafood and drinks included! Sticky mango rice to top it off!
5. Service was good but a little slow at times but no issues considering how busy they are. 2 hour limit but when it slowed down our server allowed us to stay past the 2 hours.

Came here recently on a Thursday night and luckily it wasn’t too packed—got a booth for two. Cute decor inside! Server was great, but they also have the robots that bring food to your table, and you use mainly use an iPad to order.
The buffet area had lots of food options (veggies, fried foods, noodles, salads, sauces, seafood, desserts, etc). My mother and I got the Big Hot Pot which allows you to get two different broths split separately but in one big pot—highly recommend the Laksa Soup (coconut curry flavor) but the Original Soup was okay too if you prefer a milder, less spicy soup base. All the Shabu Shabu vegetables, meat and seafood were fresh. I also tried the BBQ and ordered some Ribeye Steak, Marinated Galbi and Brisket—wasn’t a huge fan of any of them, lacked flavor even the Galbi, but decent portion size.
Overall, good place if you’re in a hungry mood and want a variety of different food options—also, dinner was $45 per person, all you can eat, which I think is reasonable.

Came by for dinner with some friends and I highly recommend this place. On a sidenote, I will mention that if you’re not familiar with this area parking at the shopping center can be quite hectic so if you can’t find something in front, I highly recommend just going straight to the back lot and finding a parking space there it will save you a lot of time and stress.
Upon walking in kanpai it’s a mix of modern and elegant while encompassing a very fun vibe. We saw many birthdays, taking place and they come out with these huge signs and glow sticks and really make it into a spectacle which I love and a special shout out to Camille, the hostess, who bared with us through all of the photo opportunities she was amazing.
Food wise for the price you pay it’s beyond amazing at the hot bar. You have option such as pad Thai with chicken and shrimp glass noodles with various seafood dumplings, softshell crabs, and so much more the options are almost endless. Then you have various fruits salad available as well as a great variety of desserts for at the end of the meal.
At the table, you also then have the option of both hot pot and Korean barbecue and the meat options are also very amazing considering the price . Ordering is made super easy as each table gets a tablet so you can put in your orders without having to wait for a waiter or waitress. Additionally, the food comes out in one of those robotic trays so again wait time is very limited as as soon as it comes out someone or something will deliver it for you. The only thing that was inconvenient was the way that the tables are set up for smaller parties as they have a side-by-side set up of the Korean barbecue and the hot pot so it’s not easily accessible for everyone sitting there so there is some assistance that will be needed throughout your dinner.
Other than that, I highly recommend as they have great food great service and all-around great vibes!

TLDR: A fun and impressive all you can eat experience combining hotpot, Korean BBQ, and a strong Chinese buffet. Fresh ingredients, fast service, great variety, and a surprisingly smooth system for such a packed restaurant.
Kanpai is an all you can eat powerhouse offering endless hotpot, Korean BBQ, and a Chinese buffet all rolled into one experience and I am fully on board with it. My group of four arrived on a Friday night around seven to a packed dining room, yet we only waited a few minutes for a table. That alone speaks to how efficient and well organized their front of house operation is.
The restaurant is nicely decorated and clearly a new build or renovation with a polished feel that shows someone invested heavily into the space. Once seated, the system is simple. You pay a flat rate and get full access to both the hotpot and Korean BBQ stations at your table along with free range at the Chinese buffet in the back.
For hotpot, each table selects two broths which arrive in a split basin set on a built in table burner. From there you order as many meats, seafood, and vegetables as you want. The Korean BBQ operates the same way with a selection of meats and seafood ready to be grilled by you at your own pace. Servers will sometimes help with grilling but during busy times it is easier to handle it yourself. The hotpot is entirely self managed.
The buffet is a fantastic addition that more all you can eat places should embrace. It features a nice range of appetizers like potstickers and spring rolls along with more interesting items such as spare ribs, fried soft shell crab, and pineapple fried rice. The sauce bar nearby is loaded with every topping and condiment you could possibly want.
As for the proteins, everything we tried for both hotpot and KBBQ was fresh and portioned generously. A small tip for newcomers. Table space becomes very limited when juggling both hotpot and KBBQ, so pace your ordering. Everything is done through a tablet at the table and once you submit your items a robot runs your meats straight to you which was a fun touch.
Our highlights included the laksa broth paired with various seafood for hotpot and on the KBBQ side the thin sliced beef and pork belly which were simple but excellent because of how good the meat quality was.
Overall, Kanpai delivers a great all you can eat experience and is absolutely worth a visit if you want variety, freshness, and a lively crowd.

Sleek and stylish dining room with a Southeast Asian aesthetic with modern yet tropical decor in a bright and open floor plan.
There are so many food options including a buffet with snow crab legs, ribs, soft shell crabs, roti, crawfish, takoyaki, seaweed salad, green papaya salad, and so much more! Korean BBQ, and Japanese Hot Pot aka Shabu Shabu are available at your table with a built in grill and an induction burner for the hot pot. An extensive selection of seafood, meat, and vegetables can be ordered on demand from an iPad.
Service was friendly, quick, and efficient with items for the grill and hot pot delivered by a robot. Over several visits I have noticed that some servers will help with grilling and serving while other servers won’t do anything more than clear plates and debris from the table.

Went here once because of a friend's recommendation, and went here every other time because it's the best Korean bbq around and it's not even close.
But never has it been more memorable than with Kyle. Dude you are a 10/10 server and completely made my most memorable birthday in a super long time.

It was honestly a huge disappointment. The BBQ felt like a poor imitation of Korean BBQ, and the pork belly came out paper-thin, more like hotpot meat than proper BBQ cuts. The hotpot controls weren’t placed in front of each seat but awkwardly on the side, which made it really inconvenient to adjust. The table setup was also far too cramped to handle BBQ, hotpot, and buffet dishes all at the same time. On top of that, the menu variety was limited, there were restrictions on how many items you could order at once, and the overall food quality was very low. For all of this, the price was $45 per person, which is ridiculously overpriced. To make matters worse, they automatically added a 25% gratuity for just 5 people, which felt unreasonable and unacceptable. And after eating here, my husband ended up with a stomachache. Overall, it was a terrible experience, terrible value for money, and I definitely would not recommend it.

To be honest, I was a little bit disappointed.
The restaurant is nicely decorated — clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite, and the overall service was pleasant.
However, as a buffet, the food selection was quite limited, especially compared to other similar buffets. The hot food options were very basic — things like stir-fried noodles, shrimp with broccoli, and a few other staples. The deep fried soft shell crab is recommended.
The desserts and drink options were more abundant, which was nice, but many of the beverages came with extra charges, which felt a bit unexpected for a buffet experience.
Overall, it was an okay visit, but I expected more variety for the price.

Great value for $45 per person for dinner.
Weekend they do all day dinner.
With so much appetizers and good selection of sauces for dipping.
iPad order for foods which is very convenient , except for drinks.
Delicious hotpot base and quality meats. Meats are lightly marinated allow customers to taste original meat flavor without masking it with heavy sauce.
Soft shell crab was yummy, not a fan of the crab legs.
Wonderful dessert selections, love the mango sticky rice and pumpkin coconut soup.
Bright and open interior.
Friendly and efficient service.
Parking can be a bit tight especially during dinner time.
Definitely recommend.
